Title Detail Commercial Loan Coordinator, Sr. Rep.

Commercial Loan Coordinators are responsible for obtaining, reviewing, preparing and following up on documentation required to process commercial loan transactions. In this role, you will enhance your knowledge and act as the intermediary and central point of contact for branch loan personnel, third parties and internal departments. This position involves considerable data analysis, administrative work, and communication in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an understanding of the documentation required for standard to mid-range commercial loans and communicate requirements to branch loan personnel
Work closely with Loan Officers, title companies, insurance agents, and other 3 rd parties as well as internal departments to compile the required loan documentation
Review corporate, collateral and supplementary file documentation to confirm accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal regulations, Loan Committee requirements and internal loan policy
Complete all requirements to perfect security interest in residential and commercial real estate collateral
Build the knowledge and understanding needed to analyze standard to mid-range commercial loan terms and structures and ensure they are accurately depicted in the loan documents
Prepare loan closing documents in a timely manner to meet the set closing dates
Complete internal loan worksheets needed to accurately disburse, set up, monitor and report loan transactions
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Understand and comply with all aspects of the Safety in the Workplace policy
Salary commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications of Position
- Typically requires a minimum of six months to one year of commercial loan processing experience with an ability to process standard commercial loans or related experience
Preferred Qualifications of Position
- 1-2 years of banking experience in addition to commercial loan processing experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Applicants must: have excellent time management skills; have excellent communication skills; be self-motivated; be dependable; be detail-oriented; be confident working with various computer programs; have the ability to multi-task while providing exceptional service.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels and light to heavy traffic. An individual in this position:
Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
Must be able to exchange accurate information
