The Business Banking Development Representative serves as the first point of communication with the Treasury Management Development department over the phone. This position interacts with prospects, customers, and branch personnel via phone to provide appropriate business banking products and services. This representative will be required to provide quality service while maintaining customer service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interacts via phone to provide consultative sales and support for Business Banking products and services.

  • Handles both inbound and outbound calls working to determine solutions, products, services, and limit specifications.

  • Offer branch support in regard to product knowledge and Business Banking solutions.

  • Assists customers with completing paperwork for various products and services.

  • Work with market personnel on account analysis and marketing materials.

  • Meets or exceeds various department goals; including sales metrics.

  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Understands and complies with Safety in the Workplace policy.

Requirements Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels and light to heavy traffic. An individual in this position:

• Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day

• Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms

• Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights

• Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files

• Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone

• Must be able to exchange accurate information
