FirstBank is currently recruiting quality candidates to enter our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you can move into a challenging management position within a short period of time. Our Management Training Program lasts six months, with promotion to Banking Officer upon successful completion of the program. FirstBank officers are involved in all areas of bank management including: lending, financial analysis, customer service, operations and personnel management, as well as business development and sales to increase bank growth and profitability. FirstBank has a policy of promoting from within, which provides excellent opportunities for career advancement. One position in Boulder and two positions in Longmont.

Requirements Successful candidates are hard-working, motivated individuals with good customer service skills. A four-year business degree or MBA, with courses in accounting and finance, and a minimum grade point average of 3.0 are required.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
